I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Vera Clinic. What made all the difference in my case was the support from the person in charge of public relations. Mr. Khair put me at ease from beginning to end. He was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. Even now, the medical team follows up to ensure everything is going smoothly. Then there’s the five-star hotel and the luxurious rooms. Breakfast is included, and the room service is impeccable. But most importantly, there’s the clinic itself. It’s a very clean and high-tech facility. All the staff are friendly and take excellent care of us. They answer our questions patiently, and a translator ensures clear communication. The operation went perfectly, and I wasn’t nervous at all because I felt confident. Today, I see Today I can see the first little hairs growing back I realize how much the price I paid was good. Best experience I ever had! They offered me free rides, payed for my hotel, served one of the most delicious foods I ever had in my life at their clinic, and most importantly, gave me the most pleasant experience as well as gave me the desired hair transplantion I wanted. One time, I accidentally bumped my head on the way to my hotel right after my hair transplantion. So I called them, let them know and they sent a driver to my hotel to bring me back to the clinic just to fix my grafts while the clinic was closed when it was almost midnight! Everyone over there is one of, if not the most, nicest and humble people I ever met in my entire life! Then finally, they sent their driver to drop me off at the airport, and then arrived I back to my home country and keeping them updated about my grafts. I will post another review here a year later once I see how my hair is looking. Overall, this is the best experience I ever had!

I requested a callback in the morning, and by the afternoon Tony my dental consultant reached out to me. He kindly asked for pictures of my teeth, which I promptly sent. The following day, Tony informed me that they had developed a plan for me. He then called me to thoroughly explain the procedure plan, ensuring I was well-informed and comfortable with the process. Tony demonstrated exceptional support and went beyond expectations.
I decided to proceed and sent Tony my flight itinerary. He efficiently booked my hotel and transport, ensuring that my procedure began promptly upon arrival in Istanbul. I was put up at the Marriot Hotel, and every day was picked up in an air-con mini bus.
Vera Smiles Dentistry office was clean, modern, and comfortable. The receptionists warmly welcomed me each day, and both the dentist and translator were exceptionally friendly, professional and efficient. The team was exceptional in putting me at ease by thoroughly explaining each step of the process as they were doing it. They ensured my medical fitness from start to finish. The initial quote from Tony was honoured, and when I arrived at the clinic, less work was required, resulting in a lower cost. They were honest and transparent and did not recommend unnecessary work.

I want to say big thank you to Vera Smile and especially to Dr. Mumin. I was always very shy with my smile because my teeth was not good. Some teeth was broken, some yellow, and my bite also was not correct. I was thinking many times to fix but I was scared, and also I don’t trust too easy.
But when I contact Vera Smile, I feel different. They answer my very fast and with so much kindness. They explain all steps, all prices, no pressure, no lies. I feel safe before I even arrive.
When I meet Dr. Mumin, he was very calm, very friendly. He look at my teeth and he understand exactly what I want without me saying too much. He show me examples, give me options, and speak with so much respect. I can see he love his job. You feel it when someone really care.
The treatment was not painful like I imagine. Fr. Mumin has very soft hand and every time he ask ”You okay?” I felt I ma in good hands all the time. He worked with so much detail, checking again and again to make sure everything is perfect. the shape, the color, the alignment everything natural, like real teeth. He didn’t rush even one second I was surprised how much time he spent just to make sure I am happy.
Now, I look in mirror and I cannot stop smiling. My family say I look younger, my friends ask me what change I di. But most important is how I feel inside. More confident, more happy. This is not just about teeth, it’s something bigger.

I ve had big problems with my teeth,I went to a specialist in the uk and they quoted me £15,000 for the bare minimum of work I needed.ive always been self conscious of my teeth so I had to take the next step.so I researched dental clinics in turkey and saved.i sent my x rays to about 6/7 clinics and looked them up on line.Vera smile was the only clinic which came back to me with the correct information by looking at them.the other big company’s,with big price tags didn’t.to me it showed me they have took there time to access them.and know what there doing.so I picked them,I came to turkey on my own,as well as don’t like dentists.but I had poor teeth problems as well as been self conscious too.the team send you information about your pick up at the airport and even a video to which post the driver will pick u up at the airport.then they take you to the hotel which is 5 stars and liked it very much.even tho its been my first visit and got 8 implants as well as a big number of teeth out for them.i cant wait to go back for the end result.and hope iam happy with the end result because to me its still a small fortune even tho its a lot cheaper by a country mile in the uk.il be documenting my review and results once it’s completed.but iam more than happy for my first visit and highly recommend this dental clinic 👍

5 Years ago I went to a different clinic for my Implants. I had a problem with them. My crowns kept falling off, and my mouth had a terrible taste. So I found Vera Clinic to get them fixed. So far so good! I’m very happy with my new teeth. I no longer have any issues with chewing or bad odor.

I broke my two front teeth when I was 9 years old, and needed crown as soon as I got my “adult” mouth. Living in Canada it is quite expensive! I was very skeptical to go to Turkey at first, but really did not regret it! Vera Smile team did such a great job, my teeth are natural and no one can tell the difference! They matched the color, shape, size with the rest of my teeth perfectly. I even went to the dentist in Canada for a cleaning afterwards and they complemented the work. From start to finish, Vera Smile provided a fantastic service. Got a hollywood smile done which required an implant, root canal and extraction for me. After having some cosmetic dentistry with the Vera Clinic in October 2022 I have been very pleased and happy with the results. I recently had an issue with a root canal problem which I was prepared to have treated in the UK. However the Vera Clinic were incredibly helpful and offered to do this procedure for me ‘free of charge’ as part of my follow up treatment. I was thrilled as it meant my husband and I could have a City break in Istanbul and enjoy the great things to see and do there. Plus I had my root canal problem treatment in an extremely impressive and modern Dental facility.
