ISO 9001/2015 Quality Management System

We have implemented the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System to ensure our patients receive superior care. This system monitors and controls our service units proactively, minimizing errors and pursuing continuous improvement. Our goal is to attain the highest level of patient satisfaction by continuously measuring and improving ourselves.

Furthermore, the ISO 9001/2015 Quality Management System for dental care integrates seamlessly with Vera Smile’s corporate identity by adding value to our patients and employees. It demonstrates our commitment to conduct dental work in Turkey under international norms and standards.

Vera Smile was granted ISO 9001/2015 Quality Management System certification in October 2020 following the successful ISO 9001/2015 Quality Management System Certification Audit. Our annual assessments have repeatedly uncovered no material non-conformities.

Accreditation of Healthcare Facilities and Standardization of Quality

At the turn of the 21st century, Turkey swiftly implemented a comprehensive healthcare reform program, including nationwide initiatives to distribute competent medical personnel. The Turkish healthcare reform mandated the accreditation of hospitals to standardize quality.

The Turkish Ministry of Health took swift action to accredit and standardize healthcare facilities. Due to government policy and active cooperation between the Turkish Ministry of Health and private healthcare facilities, Turkey is now one of the top three countries with the highest number of accredited healthcare facilities. Vera Clinic is one of the few clinics in Turkey to receive complete accreditation from the Turkish Ministry of Health, having met all requirements for accreditation.

ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction System

Per our ISO 9001 Quality Management System, we have implemented the ISO 10002 system to prioritize patient satisfaction and complaint resolution. This integrated system allows us to consistently, promptly, and appropriately respond to patient inquiries. It also assists us in identifying emerging trends, addressing the underlying causes of complaints, and continuously enhancing our hospital’s services.

Assuredly, our hospital is subjected to international certification audits on an annual basis to ensure compliance with the ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management System. This certification demonstrates our dedication to providing exceptional patient experiences.
