What Jane’s treatment involved
Six implants placed across the upper arch for an All-on-6, with two sinus lifts to build the bone needed to support them. Seven remaining upper teeth were extracted. Jane left with a fixed temporary prosthesis in place.
A fixed full-arch zirconium prosthesis on the upper implants completed the upper jaw. Zirconium crowns were placed across all present lower teeth for a balanced bite and a matched smile line.

Jane broke a tooth in a swimming pool at ten years old. What came after was four decades of embarrassment, failed fixes, and a smile she stopped showing the world.
